What is your cancellation policy?
Cancelation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you give at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments missed without notice, or cancelled with less than 24 hours, are subject to the full session fee—or your plan’s contracted rate if using insurance.
Please be aware that insurance providers typically do not reimburse for missed or cancelled sessions, so you’ll be responsible for covering the cost as outlined above.
