We currently accept the following insurance providers:

· Optum / UnitedHealthcare / United Behavioral Health / UMR

· Health Net

· Health Net Medi-Cal

· Cigna

· Aetna

· Lyra (EAP)

Out-of-Network Options
If your insurance provider is not listed above, you may still be eligible for partial reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits.

· Clients with PPO plans often have out-of-network coverage—please check with your provider for details.

· We are considered an out-of-network provider for all other insurance plans not listed.

· For PPO plans, we offer electronic courtesy billing to help streamline your reimbursement process.
